Driver-Free Rainwater Collector

Production
As a result of water pollution, the available clean water becomes less and
water shortage has become a worldwide problem. Rainfall is a source of
clean water, and it is meaningful to collect it in a scientific and
effective approach. At mountain area, it is inconvenient to construct tap
water treatment facilities or transport the tap water to highland. But, the
mountain area is abundant in rainwater, which can be collected and supplied
as a water source to meet local people’s demand for domestic water
consumption. At urban area, the rainwater can be collected & stored
systematically, and then supplied as a water source for irrigation, toilet
flushing, vehicle washing, or as a supplement source for scenic water.
Considering the multiple applications of collected rainwater, Washine has
introduced two models of rainwater collectors, namely wall-mounted version
and floor-standing version.
Collection procedures:impurity
separation → primary rain discharge → filtration → rainwater collection →
rainwater storage → water supply as per different quality levels.
1. impurity separation: After being collected at the rooftop, the rainwater will run downwards
through the rainspout together with big impurities like leaves and tresses,
which will be separated by filtering net, and the rainwater will enter the
collector.
2. Primary rain discharge: As an outdoor location, the rooftop is subject to pollution. The rain that
washes away the dust, dissoluble & indissoluble impurities on the rooftop is
called primary rain, and should be discharged away directed.
3. Rainwater collection as per different quality levels: As the rain continues to fall down, the rainwater will go
through the driver-free filter and reach the 1st collector.
During this process, rainwater is filtered, the impurities with a diameter
over 2mm are separated, and the rainwater in the 1st collector
can be used to water flowers and wash the ground; the water entering 2nd collector can be used for domestic use, for example, toilet flushing,
bathing, clothes washing, etc.; the water entering storing container can be
supplied directly as drinking water if being sterilized or boiled.
Types and applications
Wall Mounted
EPT5300 Rainwater Collector(including the discharged Primary
Rain) Total capacity 0.09m3.
Wall-Mounted Design
The configuration of storage container is subject to conditions on
site.
Application Location
For buildings in urban residential area, industrial facilities and
barracks, special storage system can be designed individually.
Applicable to collect rainwater together with EPT5302.
Floor Standing
EPT5301 Rainwater Collector (including the discharged Primary
Rain and stored rainwater) Total capacity 2m3. Floor-standing type
Floor-Standing Design
The total capacity of EPT5302 rainwater storage container is 2m3,and
the quantity of rainwater storage container is subject to rainfall
and the number of people.
Application Location
The rainwater collector installed at mountain area, rural house,
seaside or sentry at frontier defense area can be used
independently, or together with rainwater storage container. |
